Traveling East on I-40 (Toward Knoxville), take Exit 350 (Harriman / Midtown) and stay right on Hwy 29 South to the red light at Route 70.

From Knoxville
Traveling West on I-40 (Toward Nashville) take Exit 350 (Harriman / Midtown) and turn left onto Hwy 29 South to red light at Route 70.

From Atlanta, GA
Traveling North on I-75 (Toward Knoxville) take I-40 West to 350 (Harriman / Midtown) and turn left onto Hwy 29 South to red light at Route 70.

• At the red light turn right on to Route 70 West and travel 3.0 miles to Caney Creek Road and turn left.
• Travel 0.9 miles on Caney Creek Road and bear right across bridge.
• Travel 1.9 miles on Caney Creek Road to a fork. Go straight on Caney Creek Road.
• From the fork travel 1.2 miles on Caney Creek Road to New Hope Road and turn left.
• Stay straight on New Hope Road.
• Take a left onto East Shore Drive at the Grande Vista Bay stone entrance.
• Office is 1/4 mile on the left.
From Exit 350 to the sales office is 8.1 miles.
